Engaged Media Inc.’s Outdoor Division (producers of numerous brands focused on the outdoor lifestyle) is looking for digital savvy, highly motivated sales professionals to join our advertising team, selling marketing solutions to new accounts.

If you are passionate about selling, have an interest in digital and print advertising, and possess excellent presentation and closing skills – you might be who we need!

Responsibilities include:

• Generating new leads by making cold calls, calling on inactive accounts, and maintaining awareness of businesses in the automotive and the outdoor category
• Understanding the clients’ marketing needs and developing solutions to relieve their pain points
• Creating, presenting customized sales presentations
• Attending weekly sales meetings as required
• Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals by achieving your individual monthly sales quota
• Creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
• Ensuring superior customer experience

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record at exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota

• 5+ years selling both digital and print media
• Extensive industry wide contacts
• Passion for the outdoors
• Willingness to comply with our CRM
• Exceptional written, verbal, computer, phone and presentation skills

Compensation:

• 35-45K Base; uncapped commissions – Realistic 1^st year income of 75K+.
